Tom has lived in Wallingford his entire life and after graduating college, he decided to stay. Raising his family here, they spend much of their time running around between soccer games, Boy Scouts, and Robotics with Wallingford’s own CT STEM Academy.  After some time on the Inland Wetlands Commission and two terms on the Board of Education, Tom was elected to the Town Council in 2011 and chosen as the Vice Chairman after his re-elections since 2013.
